Talkio ("Talkio", "we", "us", "our") is a live AI co-pilot for sales calls, operated by Keshav Dhiman. Talkio transcribes call audio in real time, surfaces coaching suggestions during the call through a Picture-in-Picture (PiP) browser window that floats over your call tab, and generates post-call summaries, notes, and analytics. Talkio may also capture structured call information (e.g. budget, timeline, decision-maker, pain points, competitors) and offer optional one-click sync of that information to a connected CRM (e.g. Salesforce, HubSpot). These Terms govern your access to and use of the Talkio website, web application, Chrome Extension, and related services (the "Services").
By creating an account or using the Services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use Talkio.
You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into a binding agreement to use Talkio. If you use Talkio on behalf of a company, you represent that you have the authority to bind that organization to these Terms.
You are responsible for providing accurate account information, maintaining account security, keeping credentials confidential, and all activity under your account. Notify us promptly of any unauthorized access.
Talkio uses Google Sign-In to authenticate users. If you connect your Google Calendar, you authorize Talkio to access calendar events on a read-only basis — event title, time, attendees, and meeting link — not your full calendar list or sharing settings.
Talkio does not create, modify, delete, or otherwise manage your calendar events. You may revoke Talkio's access to your Google Account at any time through your Google Account settings or by disconnecting within Talkio.
Talkio provides AI-assisted features, including:
These outputs are generated automatically and may not always be complete, accurate, or suitable for every situation. You remain responsible for reviewing AI-generated content before making business decisions or acting on coaching suggestions.
To provide the Services, Talkio processes meeting-related information, including live audio and speech transcripts. Talkio does not permanently store raw audio recordings as part of standard operation. Transcripts, summaries, notes, and extracted call information may be stored in your account.
You agree not to:
We may suspend or terminate accounts engaged in prohibited activities.
Talkio and its software, website, branding, trademarks, logos, designs, and underlying technology are owned by Talkio or its licensors. Subject to these Terms, Talkio grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Services for their intended purpose. You retain ownership of the content you submit to Talkio.
If you provide suggestions or feedback, you grant us a worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual license to use it to improve our Services, without compensation to you.
Talkio integrates with certain third-party services, including Google services you authorize and CRM systems you choose to connect (e.g. Salesforce, HubSpot). Talkio does not push data to your CRM automatically — sync occurs only when you trigger it. Your use of these third-party services is governed by their own terms and privacy policies, and Talkio is not responsible for their availability or practices.
Talkio may introduce paid plans, subscriptions, or premium features in the future. Applicable pricing and billing terms will be presented before purchase.
We strive to provide reliable Services but do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or continuous availability. We may modify, improve, suspend, or discontinue features at any time.
You may stop using Talkio at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms, create security or legal risk, or as required by law. Termination does not affect rights or obligations that accrued before termination.
Talkio is provided "as is" and "as available." To the maximum extent permitted by law, Talkio disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and uninterrupted availability.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Talkio and its owner are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, revenue, goodwill, business opportunities, or data. Where liability cannot be excluded, Talkio's total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid Talkio in the twelve months preceding the claim, or, if you have not paid, the maximum extent permitted by applicable law.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Talkio and its owner from claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and reasonable expenses arising from your use of the Services, your violation of these Terms, your violation of applicable laws, or your infringement of another person's rights.
Your use of Talkio is also governed by our Privacy Policy.
We may update these Terms periodically. Material changes will update the "Last updated" date above. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
